Booking processs

We have paid and booked for the Jazz Cruise and the petrol for Steph DC's mum of a total amount of £32.65 which everyone has now paid. We have aslo decided that on the day when we havent got anything planned we will go to the traditional Prague festival which costs £23 per person.

1st of April cake sale

On the first of April we decided to hold a cake sale were the money would go towards our trip to Prague. We held the cake sale in college outside of the hub which took place from 9-1 and we made alot of money. The total came to £136.32 which is really good as we didnt expect to make that much money. All of us made or brought a variety of cakes which sold between 50p - £1.50. I personally got my granny to make a victoria sponge cake which sold for £1.50 a slice. To get to as many people as we could we decided we would go around the staff offices with trays of cakes to selling more making us a larger profit. As me and Kaleigh are the finace team we counted the money and took it to the finance office to look after.

Friday 25th March presentation and half marathon money!

On the 25th March we decided that we would hold a presentation evening for the parent about our residentual trip on the 3rd of May. This presentation will include all the information on our trip, what we are doing, how much we have paid, what needs paying and general useful information we need to know before going on out trip. This will really put things into prespective. We will talk about our specific areas with the members of our group. As me and Kaleigh are the accommodation and finance team.
