Accommodation ideas

Kaleigh and i have been looking at diffrent accommodation options with Justine. We looked a hostel bookers, hostel st toby, Miss Sophies and Derlulla. We emiled them our deatails and what we wanted. Miss Sophies and Hostel tobys offered apartment facillities aswell as hostel accomodation which was nice. We look at where the hostel was located and whether they offered breckfast, towels and on suit bathroom facilities.

On the 14th of January we looked at our emails and Derlulla , Miss Sophies and Hostel booker replied. We went into further depth of what they are offering. Kaleigh emailed back Derulla and Miss Sophies. And i emailed back Hostel Bookers this is what i emailed them.

"Hello,

We are a college group of 11 students, 1 male and 10 female. Plus 2 teachers, 1 male 1 female. We are coming to Prague on Tuesday the 10^th of May 2011. For 3 nights leaving Friday the 13^th of May. We have looked at your website and are interested in :

·         2 x private 4 bed on-suite

·         1 x private twin

·         1 x private triple

Could you confirm exactly how much this would be? And could we get a group discount as we are a college group.

We got an email from hostel bookers stating that these arrangments would cost us £56.04 per student in total. We decided to email them directly to see if they could offer us a discounted price.

Hostel Bookers also emailed me information about Hostel Le Papillion. We looked at this hostel in further detail. We was happy with the room arrangements that they offered us which was:

• 1 x private single
• 1 x dorm (6 beds)
• 1 x private (4 beds)
• 1 x private twin

We was also happy with the price they wanted. However we looked at trip advisor and found out that people have been giving the hostel bad reviews on cleanlyness and that they genrally didnt have a very enjoyable time. So we decided we would rule this hostel out.

We are now getting our information together such as Pictures, Maps and which facilities are included at the hostel. So we can then present to the class our accomodation choices so we can then proceed to book our chosen hostel.
