Emailing the Accomodation

Today we emailed Sir Tobys to tell them that we will pay the deposit of £40 per student by the 22nd of February. The balence on arrival is £20 each. We will pay them by bank balence. We aso emailed them to arrange the transfer from the airport to the hostel. we are now waiting for their reply.
