The first fundraiser ...

On Friday the 17th of December we held our first fundraiser at college. As it was the last day before we broke up for christmas we decided to go with the christmas theme and all dressed up abit christmasy. The three members of the fundraiser team brought in a christmas decorated shoes box each were are donations could be put. We then decided the class into three teams and designated ourself to diffrent parts of the college so we could get all the classrooms and not go to the same place twice. I was in a team with Hayley and steff and we was designated to the west wing, the catering area and the enginering block. After 2 hours of collecting donations we all met up to find out how much we had raised. Our team raised £12. Steph, Kristy, Ross and Gemmas group raised £13 and Blaised, Megan And Kaleighs team raised £54. In total we raised £79. Which we was all very happy with! We then put all the money in money bags. As Kaleigh and I was the finance team we then took the money to the colleges finance office who then gave us a recipt for our money.
