The first meeting..

Our first meeting took place on Friday the 10th of December. The group and Justine discussed what was going on in our diffrent teams. We made sure that all the group have passports that are in date and European Health Insurance Cards, we must bring these to the next meeting so they can be photocopied . We all agreed on the dates of travel which are going to be the 9th - 12th of May, everyone wanted to go as soon as possible. Me and Kaleigh showed some possible hostel findings but we decided that we was going to find some more options. From now until the next meeting we will be finding some more hostel options then we will present to the class an update. During the next lesson we will all signed the job responsibility form which means we take responsibility for our  roles and responsibilitys within our teams. We also discussed the flights and that we won't be taking any luggage with us which means we will save £60 on the flights and that we can get through the airport quicker. We also discussed that it will be 2.50 cheaper each if we pay by visa electron, and we found out that only Gemma had a visa electron. We also had to send our job spec to Lauren and Ross who are on the admin team so they can keep note of it. We also decided that on Friday the 17th we would hold a fundraiser for the NSPCC and our trip where 10% of the donations will go to the charity. We would go around the college with a donations box and dressed up in Christmas gear asking people for money to send to the charity and to help with our trip costs as we have to pay for the teachers.
